How can I choose the best product size for my dog?

We have details of our sizing and how to measure your dog on each of our product pages.

Please refer to our measurement chart to get the sizing right.

 

SHIPPING

How quickly will my product be dispatched/delivered?

We understand our customers are excited about their orders and want to try their new outfits asap. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Should there be a delay, you will be notified via email or text so you are aware of any changes at all times.

You can choose your preferred shipping method when checking out. You can see a breakdown of shipping times and costs with each option.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping on all our products. Delivery for international shipping ranges from 5-12 business days (to EU, USA, CA and AU) but there may additional days on top of this as each country has their own custom processes. All other countries will typically take about 10-15 business days to arrive at the local post office. Please consider that there will also be process at your local customs. International shipping rates vary and will be shown during the checkout process.

Please understand we cannot be responsible for any additional customs charges you may incur. Please check this before ordering.

 

ORDERS

Can I add/remove/change items from an existing order?

Please email us at hello@reigndog.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we are able to make the desired changes as we might have already packed and dispatched your order, however we will always endeavour to assist you wherever we can.

 

Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?

Please email us at hello@reigndog.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we are able to make the desired changes as we might have already packed and dispatched your order, however we will always endeavour to assist you wherever we can.

 

Can I cancel an existing order?

Please email us at hello@reigndog.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we are able to cancel your order as we might have already packed and dispatched it. If this is the case, you are able to of course send your order back to us for a refund, however in this case you will be responsible for the return costs of the product.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking nr as well as the link to the tracking page. Please make sure to keep an eye on your tracking details so you can follow your parcel on its way to you. If there are any issues with your delivery, we would recommend contacting your shipping company with your tracking nr directly as they will be able to help you.

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely! You can purchase gift cards as a normal product in our Shop menu. A code will be emailed with redemption instructions which you can in turn gift to anyone you'd like. It’s the perfect present!

 

RETURNS

What is your return/exchange policy?

We love everything we sell and making sure that you and your dog are happy is our number one priority. If your dog (or you) is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, you can return it for credit, a refund or an exchange. No questions asked. 

The product you are requesting to have refunded/exchanged must be unworn, with tags and pet-hair free (so we can resell it) to be eligible.

 

How do I return an item?

Please email us at hello@reigndog.com with your purchase number, the reason for your return (as we always aim to better our customers’ experience) and whether you prefer a refund, exchange or store credit. We will then provide you with our returns address. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not make it back to our offices, so make sure to send your order ‘signed for’.  

Return shipping costs is not covered by us!

Once we receive the item(s), we'll email you and issue your refund/store credit or send out your exchange. Easy!

 

WHOLESALE

I own a store and would like to carry your products, what should I do?

INFLUENCERS/BRAND AMBASSADORS

Does Reign Dog work with influencers/have a brand ambassador programme? And how do I get involved?

We are always interested in different types of collaborations. If you are a funny, active, crazy dog that rules the roost, feel free to email us at seth@reigndog.com and we can discuss working together.

We do have an ambassador programme and look for new and exciting characters. Don’t hesitate to contact us on seth@reigndog.com however as we can only have a limited amount of ambassadors at any given time, we might have to disappoint you for a little while.
